Answer: You can buy a KidzArt/Art Innovator franchise before the drawing and still be eligible to win. You can add additional territory or we can reimburse you the exact fees and services that are covered in the give-away.
FAQ: I meet all of the qualifications but one, can I still win?
Answer: You must meet all of the qualifications to win.
